Company ELSAVAKO, now LILO MALL was founded in 1991. It was the first commercial center of this type, which officially became a permit for entrepreneurial activity from the authorities. Strategic location of the trading center, variety of choices of products presented here, affordable prices and a possibility for retail and wholesale trade became that competitive advantage that enabled success of the commercial center. For many years it provided not only regions of Georgia with products, but also the large part of transcaucasian countries.

Now the property of “LILO MALL” is a shopping complex spread over 35 hectares with up to 6000 stores.
